House B&B
Defined by clean architectural lines and expansive volumes, this residence was designed to balance refinement with ease — creating spaces that feel both elevated and deeply liveable. Natural materials and a restrained palette form the foundation of the interior, where timber, concrete and layered neutral tones bring depth and softness to the contemporary architecture.
Double-volume ceilings and exposed structural beams enhance the sense of openness throughout the home, while generous glazing allows light to move effortlessly between the interior and outdoor living spaces. The relationship between inside and out was central to the design approach, with the pool terrace and entertainment areas becoming a natural extension of the home itself.
The kitchen was conceived as both functional and social — open, understated and integrated into the rhythm of daily living. Throughout the residence, moments of African-inspired texture and craftsmanship introduce warmth and character, adding a subtle local sensibility to the otherwise minimal aesthetic.
From the private study and ensuite guest suite to the wine cellar and expansive living areas, each space was approached with a focus on proportion, materiality and timelessness.
A home that feels contemporary in form, yet deeply connected to natural living.
